From code to craft
You may manufacture licensed designs without limit or term, in any alloy, finish and stone setting, and sell the physical pieces to your clients under your own name and maker's mark, at your own price, with no royalty.
You may hand the files to your casting house, printing service or finishing workshop to produce for you — they work on your behalf, and under your responsibility. The showcase image pack is yours to use, and you are free to render the pieces yourself for your own channels.

The license covers sales to end clients only
Selling on to resellers, distributors or other trade buyers sits outside it, and requires a separate agreement with the maison.

The design remains the maison's property
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal to your atelier. Files cannot be resold, shared beyond your manufacturing partners, or presented as your own design.

The maison may terminate the license in case of breach

Standard License Agreement
By downloading or using any Digital Files from the Company's website, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement
1.1 "Agreement" refers to this digital file license agreement.
1.2. "Company" refers to noble code design Sàrl.
1.3. "Digital Files" refers to all design files and any accompanying materials provided through the Company's website.
1.4. "Licensee" refers to any individual or entity that purchases Digital Files from the Company's website.
1.5. "Physical Products" refers to any tangible jewelry items manufactured from the Digital Files.
1.6. "Manufacturing Partners" refers to third-party service providers engaged by Licensee to assist in the production of Physical Products, including but not limited to casting services, 3D printing providers, and finishing workshops.
